This policy explains how Leadborder handles personal data on this website and in our work with law firms.

1. Who we are

Leadborder is a trade name used by VMX MEDIA LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, for clients and campaigns outside Spain, and by Victor Miguel van Hoorn Perez, sole trader (autónomo), NIF 11474627L, Badalona (Barcelona), Spain, for law firms and campaigns in Spain. 2. What data we collect

• Law firms and website visitors who contact us: name, firm name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the types of cases you want and anything else you tell us in the form or by email.
• Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta pixel.
• Clients of our partner firms: people who ask for help through our consumer brands give their data on those brands' websites, under those brands' own privacy policies. With their consent, we share it with one partner firm.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your inquiry and assess if we are a fit.
• To provide our service, deliver leads and manage invoices and payments.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising.
• To send you relevant information about our service, which you can stop at any time.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of a contract; our legitimate interest in running and improving our business and communicating with business contacts; your consent for non-essential cookies and certain marketing; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share data with

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, CRM, email, analytics and advertising platforms. They only process data on our instructions.
• Partner law firms, only for leads generated through our consumer brands, as described above.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell the personal data of website visitors or law firm contacts.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client data for as long as we work together plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of each tool.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
