These terms govern the relationship between Leadborder and the law firms and immigration professionals that receive leads through our service (the "Firm").
Outside Spain, the service is provided by VMX MEDIA LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Leadborder", "we"). For firms in Spain, the service is provided by Victor Miguel van Hoorn Perez, autónomo, NIF 11474627L, under our Spanish terms (Términos y condiciones). Contact: info@leadborder.com · +34 684 48 37 15. By accepting a proposal, paying for a package or receiving leads, the Firm accepts these terms. If there is a signed proposal or agreement, its specific terms (package size, daily volume, start date) take priority where they differ from these terms.
Leadborder generates, qualifies and delivers prospective clients ("leads"). We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice and do not represent the leads. Any relationship, engagement or fee between the Firm and a lead is solely between them. These terms do not create a partnership, employment, agency or representation relationship.
We reach people who need help with an immigration case through our own specialized consumer brands and paid campaigns. Each person answers questions about their case, their timeline and whether they want a professional to handle it. If they meet the criteria, they are delivered to the Firm as a lead.
By using the service, the Firm confirms that it:
We may decline or stop working with a firm that does not meet these requirements.
The Firm agrees to:
We replace at no cost any lead that has a nonexistent phone number or an email address that does not work, or that duplicates a lead already delivered to that Firm. The request must be sent to info@leadborder.com within 5 calendar days of delivery, identifying the lead. A lead not answering, not hiring or changing their mind is not grounds for replacement. Replacement leads are delivered within the same package.
For the personal data of leads, each party acts as an independent data controller: Leadborder for generating and delivering the lead, and the Firm for its later use to provide its services. The Firm agrees to process that data lawfully, inform leads about its own processing and respect their rights, apply appropriate security measures, and notify us without delay of any breach affecting data we delivered. The Firm's own data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
There is no long-term commitment or setup fee. The relationship lasts until the purchased package has been delivered, after which the Firm is free to buy another. We may suspend or end delivery immediately if the Firm breaches these terms, in particular section 5.
Both parties will keep confidential the commercial terms, prices, performance data and any non-public information of the other party, during the relationship and for 2 years after.
Our website, campaigns, content and the Leadborder brand and our consumer brands belong to us and may not be reused without permission. We will only show the Firm's name, logo or reviews on our website or materials with its prior permission, which it can withdraw at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadborder is not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount of the current package. The Firm will indemnify Leadborder against third-party claims arising from its services or its processing of data.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and changes do not affect packages already paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the parties submit to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming. For firms in Spain, the Spanish Términos y condiciones apply instead.
